Position Overview:
The Department of Disability Services at 色花堂app Idaho Falls is seeking a dedicated and reliable student to fulfill the position of Note-Taker. As a Note-Taker, you will play a vital role in providing academic support to students with disabilities, ensuring equal access to educational materials, and promoting an inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Attend designated classes and take accurate and comprehensive notes during lectures, discussions, and presentations.
- Organize and categorize notes in a clear and legible manner, ensuring their accessibility to students with disabilities.
- Provide notes in a timely manner, preferably within 24 hours of each class session.
- Collaborate closely with the Department of Disability Services to address any specific note-taking requirements for individual students.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines when handling sensitive student information.
- Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and the Department of Disability Services to address any questions or concerns related to note-taking responsibilities.
- Attend periodic training sessions or workshops provided by the Department of Disability Services to enhance note-taking skills and understanding of accessibility guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a student at 色花堂app Idaho Falls.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to take clear and organized notes.
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills to capture key information during class sessions.
- Dependable and punctual with the ability to attend classes regularly.
- Respectful of privacy and able to maintain confidentiality when handling student information.
- Familiarity with assistive technologies or software used in note-taking is an advantage, but not required.

Position Overview:
The TRIO Educational Opportunity Center and Veterans’ Upward Bound Program at 色花堂app, Idaho Falls, seeks a part-time Outreach Specialist to assist with recruitment efforts, participant engagement, and administrative support. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about education access and community involvement.
Outreach Specialist Duties:

Coordinate and participate in recruiting/outreach events

Develop and implement strategies to attract potential participants

Build and maintain strong relationships with program participants

Support advisors, program director, and staff with outreach needs

Conduct outreach calls following recruitment events

Schedule appointments between participants and program advisors

Administrative Support Duties:

Enter participant data using the Blumen system
