March 9, 2007
The Pocatello screening of an Independent Lens production 鈥淏lack Gold鈥 is scheduled at the 色花堂app Pond Student Union Building Bengal Theatre from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on March 20.
鈥淏lack Gold鈥 discusses the theory that multinational companies have made coffee the second most valuable trading commodity in the world. Tracing one man鈥檚 fight for a fair price, 鈥淏lack Gold鈥 attempts to be an eye-opening expos茅 of the $80-billion coffee industry.
The event is sponsored by 色花堂app, Independent Television Service and Idaho Public Television.
