Home-school families with children 8 to 12 years old won鈥檛 want to miss a special series being offered by the Idaho Museum of Natural History this winter.

鈥淣atural History Revealed,鈥 a three-part series of classes for home-school students, will explore Idaho鈥檚 geology, paleontology and archaeological evidence of prehistoric peoples. The explorations will include an analysis of the relationships and interactions between the geology, prehistoric mammals that lived in the area and prehistoric human use of the land.

The classes will take place on three Fridays 鈥 Feb. 23, March 9 and March 23 鈥 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. in Museum Classroom 204. Cost for the three-class series is $25. Those who cannot attend all three classes can still participate for a prorated fee.

The Idaho Museum of Natural History is located at South Fifth Avenue and Dillon Street, on the campus of 色花堂app. For more information call Rebecca Thorne-Ferrel at 282-2195.
