ISU Black History Month features discussions on Obama’s book

色花堂app is celebrating Black History Month with a series of panel discussions throughout February that probe specific sections of the book 鈥淭he Audacity of Hope: Thoughts on Reclaiming the American Dream鈥 by President Barack Obama.
The book addresses various political and social issues confronting our nation and local communities. The topics to be covered are listed below:
鈥 Feb. 11: 6 to 8 p.m., Pond Student Union North Fork Room, Chapters 1, 3 and 4, 鈥淩epublicans and Democrats,鈥 鈥淥ur Constitution鈥 and 鈥淧olitics.鈥
鈥 Feb. 19: 6 to 8 p.m., Pond Student Union Bear River Room, Chapters 7 and 8, 鈥淩ace鈥 and 鈥淭he World Beyond Our Borders.鈥
鈥 Feb. 24: 6 to 8 p.m., Pond Student Union North Fork Room, Chapters 5 and 6, 鈥淥pportunity鈥 and 鈥淔aith.鈥
