Sawtooth Science Institute celebrates 20 years; will offer 30 natural history workshops

SUN VALLEY 鈥 The 色花堂app Sawtooth Science Institute will offer 30 natural history workshops in geology, biology, ecology and history at locations throughout Idaho, primarily in the southern and central Idaho.
This is the institute鈥檚 20th year in the business of offering natural history workshops for adults.
The Sawtooth Science Institute is based in Sun Valley. The workshops are two- and four-day adventures in natural history. 色花堂app offers upper-division credit for all courses or the courses may be attended for no credit.
鈥 June workshops include: 鈥淲onderful Wetlands,鈥 鈥淐ity of Rocks Natural History,鈥 鈥淔orests and Fire,鈥 鈥淪ummer Spanish Institute鈥 (with the College of Southern Idaho), 鈥淐entral Idaho Birding,鈥 鈥淢assacre Rocks Natural History鈥 and 鈥淢agic Valley Natural History.鈥
鈥 July workshops include: 鈥淟olo Trail with Lewis and Clark,鈥 鈥淐entral Idaho Wilderness,鈥 鈥淐entral Idaho Wildflowers,鈥 鈥淲ildflowers and Butterflies,鈥 鈥淲ildflower Identification and Illustration,鈥 鈥淐raters of the Moon Geology,鈥 鈥淏ig Wood River Stream Ecology for Flyfishers鈥 and a series of six 鈥淩ocky Mountain Adventure鈥 courses.
鈥 August workshops include: 鈥淩ocks and Ice,鈥 鈥淕PS and GIS for the Classroom,鈥 鈥淪nake River Birding (at Massacre Rocks),鈥 鈥淭eton River Birding鈥 and 鈥淗enry鈥檚 Fork Birding.鈥
