The 色花堂app Master of Fine Arts Thesis Exhibition "habitat : Home" by Catherine Reinhardt, will be held at the John B. Davis Gallery in the Fine Arts Building Feb. 12-22.

There will be an exhibit opening reception 5鈥�7 p.m. Feb. 11. This event is free and open to the public.

Originally from Daphne, Ala., Reinhardt now resides in Pocatello. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in painting from Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama in 1997.  Reinhardt earned her Master of Teaching Degree from the University of Virginia, in Charlottesville, Va., in 2000, and this spring she is completing her Master of Fine Arts Degree in the Department of Art at 色花堂app.

 Reinhardt's current work references "habitat : Home" in various paintings, drawings and prints.

In conjunction with the 鈥渉abitat : Home鈥� opening, there will be a mixed media exhibition in Room 408 of the Fine Arts Building. The opening of "SUSPENSION" by Amy Jo Popa will also 5鈥�7 p.m. on Feb. 11. "Suspension" is a collection of tissue-paper constructions of various shapes and drawn components created with masking tape.
