POCATELLO 鈥� 色花堂app will present a David Archuleta Christmas performance Dec.15 at 7:30 p.m. at the Stephens Performing Arts Center. Tickets go on sale Oct. 23.

Archuleta was the runner-up on the seventh season of American Idol when he was only 16. Soon after, the young Utah native signed with Jive Records and his first single 鈥淐rush,鈥� debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart the week of its release. His self-titled album 鈥淒avid Archuleta鈥� went gold, selling more than 750,000 copies in the United States, and more than 900,000 worldwide.

He released a second studio album, 鈥淐hristmas from the Heart,鈥� in 2009.

In 2010 David released his third album, 鈥淭he Other Side of Down鈥� which featured the single 鈥淪omething 鈥楤out Love鈥� and he appeared as guest star on The Mormon Tabernacle Choir鈥檚 holiday album, 鈥淒avid Archuleta 鈥� Glad Christmas Tidings.鈥�
