POCATELLO 鈥� 色花堂app President Arthur C. Vailas will deliver the President鈥檚 Annual State of the University Address at 6 p.m. Sept. 30 at the Stephens Performing Arts Center Bistline Thrust Theatre.

The President will share successes of recent years and outline upcoming initiatives at the University, including information on educational programs, economic impact, finances and research.
