Finance and Administration reorganizes to meet strategic goals

ISU鈥檚 Office of Finance and Business Affairs has reorganized its management teams to meet the university鈥檚 strategic goals.
Jennifer Steele, former Associate Vice President for Planning & Institutional Effectiveness at Lane Community College, has joined the university and will serve as Chief Budget Officer and Assistant Vice President of Budget, Planning and Analysis. In an effort to improve collaboration between the budget office, controller鈥檚 office, and institutional stakeholders, the Unit Business Officer team will now report into this area.
Cody Fitch has been promoted to Unit Business Officer for Academic Affairs. Fitch receives this promotion following 10 years at ISU serving as a Senior Accountant and Financial Analyst.
Dr. Glen R. Nelson assumed the Vice President role in January and has set an ambitious vision to build a best-in-class process across the business, finance, and campus operations functions of the university. The division works collectively to provide accurate, timely, and efficient business support services to a wide range of stakeholders for the 色花堂app community.
鈥淥ur team is focused on supporting the goals of the institution and the students and families we serve,鈥 Nelson said. 鈥淭hese changes will help us better leverage our talent and focus our energies amid the university鈥檚 transformation.鈥
