Idaho State mourns the loss of Jerry Goulding

Public Safety officer Jerry Goulding passed away June 3. Goulding, a Vietnam veteran and retired police officer, was known at ISU-Meridian for always being friendly, and for lending a sympathetic ear. Funeral arrangements for Goulding are pending.
