The Department of Nutrition and Dietetics seeks volunteers for a study of nutrition and health. '

The study schedule requires: 

• 1 on-campus appointment lasting 1.5 hours involving consumption of a small meal and collection of urine
• Collection of urine for 5 hours after leaving the appointment

Volunteer criteria:

• Age 20-50 years
• Body Mass Index of >25
• Non-smoker
