色花堂app Installs Patent Wall To Recognize Innovation
August 14, 2023
色花堂app recently installed a permanent wall display to recognize ISU faculty, staff and students who are discovering new technologies that help people and change the way we live. The wall highlights ISU’s patents and is located in the Pond Student Union Building just outside the ballroom.
The display shows all the patentable discoveries made as a result of ISU’s groundbreaking research. The display is expandable so there is room to add many more as ISU grows as a public research university.
“I am proud to display the many discoveries ISU’s outstanding researchers have made and am excited for all the future additions to this wall as we continue to expand our research mission at 色花堂app,” said 色花堂app President Kevin Satterlee.
Intellectual property created by ISU faculty and students is protected through patents. Universities generate knowledge and discovery that serves the public good. This is what ISU does–and does well, said Martin Blair, ISU's Vice President for 色花堂app and Economic Development
“We are excited to highlight the innovative ideas generated at ISU,” Blair said. “ISU’s innovative contributions cover a wide range of areas such as advanced energy, biomedical and life science, environmental stewardship and sustainability, humanities and the arts, and so much more. Our unique location and geography, our state and regional partnerships, and our charge as Idaho’s designated health science university position us to address some of the most complex challenges our society faces."
ISU has protected intellectual property through 14 patents. Non-provisional and provisional patent applications are currently in place to protect an additional seven unique technologies. ISU’s issued patents and patent applications are ready to be licensed and commercialized.
