With the holidays approaching and students leaving for a well-deserved winter break, the IT Service Desk would like to encourage you to bring computer setups for any new employees who will be starting in the next month to our desk in the Rendezvous on the Pocatello campus, or to the service desk offices in Idaho Falls and Meridian between now and December 20. We will work on setting them up and will contact you when they are ready to be picked up before the new semester begins. This helps avoid unnecessary service delays often encountered during the busy first week of school.

We would also encourage you to take the time before a long vacation to back up any critical data you may have to Box or your department’s approved storage solution. Please see our article, , for steps on how to back your data up to Box.
