Opportunity Aligned Resourcing: Personnel

As part of the Opportunity Aligned Resourcing (OAR) framework , ISU is phasing out the hiring pause that was put in place in 2023 and implementing a new OAR Personnel process. OAR Personnel is designed to move the university toward agile and responsive deployment of resources to pursue opportunities and strategic priorities. Personnel actions within the OAR Personnel framework will be considered and analyzed using consistent criteria for faculty and staff positions through a collaborative process within departments, units, and divisions. The new process will go into effect on November 15.
