April Recreation and Wellness Speaker Series to Feature Mental Health Session

The April installment of the Recreation and Wellness Speaker Series will highlight the importance of mental health and cognitive optimization. The event will take place on Wednesday, April 2, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Pond Student Union Bengal Theater.
This session, titled “Preparing for Finals and Neurohacking Brain Health: How to Get the Most Out of Your Supplements,” will provide valuable insights into mental performance and well-being just in time for students and community members preparing for the pressures of final exams.
Randy Vawdrey, NP-C, CMO, a respected expert in the field of health and wellness, will present the session. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn strategies to optimize brain function and improve mental clarity through supplementation and lifestyle choices.
