The Department of Public Safety is offering several safety-related training sessions throughout May and June. Opportunities include both in-person training on the Pocatello campus and virtual training sessions. These trainings help employees navigate critical emergencies where a calm and timely response is crucial to protecting our campus community. Please fill out the for one, or more of the training sessions below. 

• May 14 Active Shooter, in-person 9 - 10 a.m., Campus Emergencies 101, in-person 10 - 11 a.m.
• May 21 Campus Emergencies 101, Virtual 11 a.m. - noon
• May 22 Verbal De-escalation, Virtual 2  - 4 p.m.
• June 5 Active Shooter, Virtual 11 a.m. - noon
• June 11 Verbal De-escalation, in-person 9 - 11 a.m.
• June 30 Life Safety Leadership, Virtual 2 - 4 p.m.
