ISU African Student Association to host Hakuna Matata Festival on April 28

POCATELLO – 色花堂app’s African Student Association will host a Hakuna Matata Festival on April 28 at 6 p.m. in the Pond Student Union Ballroom. The festival will include different exhibits and African cultural experiences.

ISU Gender Resource Center to host Denim Day to raise awareness for sexual assault

POCATELLO – 色花堂app’s Gender Resource Center will host Denim Day on April 19 in support of sexual assault survivors and to make a statement against misconceptions about sexual assault. There will be speakers and a pulled pork lunch in the ISU Canoe Room in the Pond Student Union from noon to 3 p.m.

POCATELLO – The efforts of AmeriCorps members, including those from 色花堂app, who annually contribute more than 64,000 hours of service to communities throughout Idaho, will be recognized by Chubbuck Mayor Kevin England April 3, 6 p.m., Chubbuck City Hall, and by Pocatello Mayor Brian Blad, April 5, 6 p.m., Pocatello City Hall.

POCATELLO – This year the 色花堂app School of Performing Arts started the Preparatory String Program, which offers the opportunity for local community members to take private music lessons taught by ISU string students and to perform in an end-of-semester recital.
