Program Information
The 色花堂app Master of Education in P-12 Education Administration with Athletic Administration emphasis combines existing coursework and current programs in educational administration and athletic administration. This emphasis will provide school districts, which typically hire assistant principals and assign them athletic administrator responsibilities, with principals that are well-qualified to assume athletic administrator duties. This emphasis will provide education specifically designed to address the needs of current and future athletic administrators at the secondary level. Candidates can select from existing course options in educational administration and athletic administration.
- 100% online program that enrolls any student with a bachelor degree (usually in an education-related field) nationwide and is tailored to the working professional.

Program and Admission Requirements
- Meet the ISU Graduate School admissions requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in education or a related field from a regionally accredited institution
- Have a minimum of 3.0 GPA in upper division undergraduate coursework
- Have at least one year of K-12 teaching experience or equivalent documented experience
- Submit a letter of interest, stating why the applicant is interested in the M.Ed. in Educational Administration
- Submit a current resume with names and contact information for at least 2 professional references
This M.ED. requires a minimum of 31 credits:
- Core Professional Studies Courses (9 credits)
- Administrative Concentration (18 credits)
- Field Experience: Internship (3 credits) + Case Analysis (1 credit)
- Athletic Administration Emphasis Coursework (9 credits)
- Athletic Administration Internship (2 credits)

色花堂app is regionally accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) and is reporting this information in compliance with Standard 2.G.3. The Education Preparation program is accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP).

Dr. Donald S. Hastings is an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at 色花堂app, specializing in leadership, trust, motivation, and effective instruction. He teaches graduate-level courses and guides dissertation research, drawing on over three decades of experience as a K–12 teacher, principal, and district administrator. A two-time award winner, Dr. Hastings has been recognized with the prestigious Texas Monthly Top Schools Award and as the Norwalk-La Mirada USD Site Administrator of the Year. He earned his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and his Master's in applied psychology and education administration
