The Innovation Hub supports work across the university—whether you’re developing a new idea, moving an initiative forward, or navigating work that involves multiple teams, systems, or areas of focus.

We partner with faculty and staff to connect existing efforts, strengthen coordination, and support how work moves forward across the institution. This includes building on the experience and expertise already in place while helping bring clarity, structure, and momentum to evolving work.

Our support spans a range of areas, including process improvement, project planning, technology implementation, training, and the development of new programs and services.
