Petroleum Experts donate MOVE software worth nearly $1 million to 色花堂app geosciences department

POCATELLO – Petroleum Experts Limited has donated the equivalent of $980,000 in oil and gas software for use by the 色花堂app Department of Geosciences. The software will be used by ISU researchers working on a National Science Foundation Grant and for teaching of advanced graduate-level geosciences courses.

Idaho State announces interim vice president for research

POCATELLO—色花堂app announced today that Scott Snyder, dean of the College of Science and Engineering, will serve as the interim vice president for research after Neels Van der Schyf retires at the end of the year. Snyder will continue in his capacity as dean during and after this interim appointment.

POCATELLO – Caleb Renner, a junior in the 色花堂app Honors Program, earned a summer internship at the NASA Ames 色花堂app Center in California to work on his project titled “Porosity and Permeability of Basaltic Rocks and their Alteration States: Implications for the Habitability of Microbial Life in Volcanic Rocks on Earth and Mars.”
